Shelley Johnson was phenomenal in getting a piece of property sold and closed within the buyer's timeframe. This was a difficult case in that we had numerous owners who live in multiple states. Ms. Johnson was instrumental in coordinating getting releases signed and everyone to sign at closing.

Very impressed with Shelley’s diligence and customer service. As an agentless buyer interested in one of her properties she could have written off my questions/concerns as me being uninterested or not likely to buy. Instead, she answered all questions and contacted other professionals who could answer questions that she couldn’t. She went above and beyond when she could have just ignored my requests and went with another buyer. Furthermore, she was extremely helpful in me getting the home with the correct bid. I am also impressed with her amount of professional contacts for everything house related. I can only assume that she would give equal if not more customer service representing a seller and provide a highly valuable experience.

I searched with another realtor for 18 months and never found anything that even came close to what I was after. I met with Shelley, she said "I got it, I know an area that has those type of properties". Well it wasn't two weeks that I would walk in to the house that soon would be mine. I made an offer on it standing in the driveway that very day. The house was not even on the market yet, Shelley had talked to the owner a few times about possibly listing with when she was ready. Long story short, in a weeks time we signed a contract. Shelley took charge of all the details and soon the place was mine. I was amazed she was able to pull it off. Shelley even helped the seller arrange parts of her move. She did it all, I just showed up and signed my name. What I found out later was that she had been in the living room of so many people in my new area. She knocked on doors and developed a level of trust with them. Shelley will be their realtor when their time comes to sell. So it wasn't a magic wand it was the hard work of knocking on doors. I have recently asked Shelley to help me add another property in my area. Oh, she also helped me with the sale of a vacant lot. I think it took her three weeks to bring me a premium offer. From what I know of Shelley Johnson, I am confident that anyone she represents will receive the benefit all her knowledge, skill and dependability that I did and maybe a wave of her magic wand.
